How It Works

  1. Fill out the online form below or you may download the excel spreadsheet for larger orders.
  2. Submit the form or email the completed spreadsheet back to us at sales@tswstore.com
  3. We review the form, and contact you with a quote for the entire repair.  We handle all the shipping!
  4. Once you accept, your organization issues a PO or uses one of our other payment methods to pay for the order.
  5. After payment arrangements are made, we will ship you the materials needed for safely shipping your devices to us.
  6. Remove all pass codes from the devices or include a note with the pass codes so we may test the devices.
  7. Once you receive the materials, carefully pack the devices into the provided boxes and return the box to us using our prepaid label.  Easy to follow instructions will be provided.
  8. Once we receive the devices, we will perform the repairs and ship the devices back to you.
  9. You tell all your friends!

Terms & Conditions for Mail in Repair Service

Before sending your devices in for repair, please read these terms and conditions carefully.  By sending your devices to us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. Tech Supply Warehouse, LLC will not be responsible for loss of data or loss of software or applications during repair.  It is your responsibility to back up your  devices before shipping them to us.

2.  Tech Supply Warehouse, LLC will not be responsible for damages to the devices during shipping.  You may, at your discretion, choose to ship the devices yourself and assign any appropriate insurance to the shipment you deem necessary.

3.  In the event that Tech Supply Warehouse, LLC can not repair your device, we will return the device to you and you will not be charged for that device.  You may request that we destroy or recycle the device for you.

4.  Under no circumstances will Tech Supply Warehouse, LLC be liable for loss or damage of any kind indirectly or directly caused by or arising from any repairs carried out by Tech Supply Warehouse, LLC.  We will not be liable for any personal injury or damage to property arising from or in the due course of using your device.

5.  Please do not send any accessories or cases or covers with your shipment.  We use specific packaging to ensure your device is shipped as safely as possible.  Extra items may become misplaced or lost.  Tech Supply Warehouse, LLC is not responsible for replacing any accessories or items sent with your shipment.
